Buyers will enter into a Resale Restriction that restricts future sales and refinancing of the property to another homeowner at or below 120% Area Median Income. Restrictions will be in place for 10 years.


Interested applicants must submit an application as part of an offer on the home. ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED.
